A new computational algorithm for calculating the algebra of differential invariants of Lie symmetry pseudo-groups of differential equations is developed. It is based on the method of equivariant moving frames. This algorithm is illustrated in detail on the examples of Korteweg-deVries (KdV) and Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equations. In particular, the first complete classification of the differential invariants and their syzygies for the KP symmetry pseudo-group is given.
