The paper deals with a system of convolution type integro-differential equations. Based on a factorization of the initial matrix integro-differential operator, finding the solution of the initial system of equations is reduced to find successive solutions of simpler systems of equations whose solvability in functional spaces is proved by classical techniques from integral equation theory and function theory.
