The author verify a new version of a certain embedding theorem pertaining to the relation being between strong approximation and a certain wide class of continuous functions. They also show that a new class of numerical sequences defined in this paper is not comparable to the class defined by \textit{R. J. Le} and \textit{S. P. Zhou} [Acta Math. Hungar. 108, 161--169 ((2005; Zbl 1098.42003)]. Similar results were obtained by \textit{B. Szal} [East Journal on Approximations 14 2, 137-147 (2008)].
