The author determines the structure of a commutative unital ring whose additive group is a block rigid almost completely decomposable group with cyclic regulator quotient. Such a ring can be realized as a subring of the endomorphism ring of its additive group and in certain cases these rings are equal. She finds conditions on their additive invariants for two such rings to be isomorphic or nearly isomorphic, and also for such a ring to be indecomposable.
