The author studies the global existence and asymptotic behavior of solutions to the initial-boundary value problem for the nonlinear nonlocal Ott-Sudan-Ostrovskiy type equations on a segment. A proof of the existence of global solutions to the inital-boundary value problem is presented. In addition, the main term of the asymptotic representation in the case of large initial data is derived.
