The authors examine complex quadratic fields with class group having 3-rank bigger than 1. They provide parametric families of such fields (with absolute value of the discriminant \(\leqslant x\)) and obtain the bound \(>cx^{1/3}\), where \(c\) is some positive constant, on the number of them.
