Several authors have studied error analysis for various quadrature rules [e.g. \textit{A. R. Krommer} and \textit{C. W. Ueberhuber}, Computational integration. (Philadelphia), PA: SIAM, Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. (1998; Zbl 0903.65019)]. In this paper asymptotic expressions for remainder terms of the mid-point, trapezoid and Simpson's rules and the corresponding formulas with finite sums are given.
