Oscillations of second-order neutral impulsive differential equations (Q962499)

The authors derive necessary and sufficient conditions for second order neutral impulsive differential equations with constant coefficients to be oscillatory. They restrict themselves to the studying of impulsive differential equations for which the impulse take part at fixed moments \(\{t_k\}\): \[ [y(t)+py(t-\tau)]''+qy(t-\sigma)=0,\;t\neq t_k \] and \(\Delta(y'(t_k)+py'(t_k-\tau)+q_1y(t_k-\sigma)=0\).
