The author aims to construct new examples of Einstein metrics in dimension four. The metric given in [\textit{R. Ghanam} and \textit{G. Thompson}, J. Math. Phys. 42, No.~5, 2266--2284 (2001; Zbl 1016.53039)], namely, \(A_{17}\), leads him to the construction of Einstein metrics. He shows that these Einstein metrics produce \(A_{17}\) at their two-dimensional holonomy.
