The author studies the Mok's dual generalized Frankel's conjecture. A modified solution to the dual case for compact Kähler surfaces with non positive sectional curvature is given by using results of Siu and Zheng. After recalling an example of Sommese studied by Zheng the author explains the necessity of a modification of the original conjecture of Mok and proposes two alternatives.
