Consider \(m\) by \(n\) real or complex matrices \(X\) and \(Y\). \(Y\) is \(gw\)-majorized by \(X\) if there exists a row sum one (so-called generalized row stochastic) \(n\) by \(n\) real or complex matrix \(R\) such that \(Y=XR\). The author characterize a strong linear preserver of \(gw\)-majorization.
