The authors study the statistical convergence of double-complex Picard integral operators. They first recall some definitions and main notations, then they construct their complex Picard operators in two complex variables and investigate their geometric properties. Lastly after giving an estimation via the concept of the second modulus of smoothness they obtain a statistical approximation theorem for their operators.
