The authors study multivariate perturbations of algebraic equations. They give a sufficient condition for the existence of a Puiseux-type expansion for the perturbated solution that converges in a whole neighborhood of the origin. They apply their result to the perturbation analysis of the ``weighted Page Rank'', which is a frequently used measure for web pages popularity.
