The authors consider a site version of semi-oriented first-passage percolation. The problem studied in the paper was suggested by investigation of the three energy of a directed polymer in random environment. The authors establish several asymptotic properties of the number of open paths of length n starting at the origin in an oriented percolation model as n goes to infinity.
