Erratum for: ``Enumeration of singular algebraic curves'' (Q995373)

From the text: In [Isr. J. Math. 155, 1--56 (2006; Zbl 1136.14040)] a systematic error was made while obtaining some of the explicit numerical results, as pointed out by Prof. Kazarian. One should add in section 2.2.4.1 the requirement: Calculate the whole basis of the locally defining ideal (not just a few non-linear equations).
