The articles deals with qualitative properties of minimizers of constrained weighted total variational minimization problem, which can be considered as relaxation of a Cheeger problem. More precisely the authors prove that the level sets of minimizers are generalized Cheeger sets. Moreover the minimizers are bounded and all achieve the essential supremum on a set with positive measure.
