The author constructs complete interpolating sequences for special spaces of entire functions of exponential type of two variables. This originates in a paper by \textit{Yu. Lyubarskii} and \textit{A. Rashkovskii} [Ark. Mat. 38, No. 1, 139--170 (2000; Zbl 1038.42011)]. He also proves a theorem of Paley-Wiener type.
