The author proves the existence of solutions of strong parabolic variational inequalities in reflexive Banach spaces. In order to prove the solvability of a variational inequality, he uses the theory of operator-differential inclusions. He also studies the conditions for the existence of strong generalized solutions of parabolic equations with unilateral boundary conditions. These problems are useful to control problems. The author considers parabolic variational inequalities perturbed by a functional for optimization theory.
