Abstract: The article proves an assertion analogous to the Littlewood-Paley theorem for the orthoprojectors onto wavelet subspaces corresponding to the nonisotropic multiresolution analysis generated as tensor product of smooth scaling single-variable functions sufficiently rapidly vanishing at infinity.
