On prime values of cyclotomic polynomials

Abstract: We present several approaches on finding necessary and sufficient conditions on $n$ so that $Ph{i}_k(x^n)$ is irreducible where $Ph{i}_k$ is the $k$-th cyclotomic polynomial.
