On extendability to $F_\sigma$ ideals

Abstract: Answering in negative a question of M. Hruv{s}'ak, we construct a Borel ideal not extendable to any $F_{s}igma$ ideal and such that it is not Katv{e}tov above the ideal $mathrmconv$.
