Abstract: We will generalize the combinatorial algorithms for computing $pi(x)$ to compute sums $F(x)=su{m}_{pleqx}{p}^k$ for $kinmathbb{Z}_{geq0}$. The detailed exposition of algorithms is included along with implementation details.
