For each reaction there is a stoichiometric vector defining the net change in the population state. Containing -1, 1 or 0 for when the entity is consumed, produced ot neither respectively. The values are in the same order as the Set of species

Defining Formula: $v_{j} = (b_{0}, b_{1}, . . ., b_{1} 1), where b_{i} \in {- 1, 0, 1}$
