In my opinion the paper it is very deep and wide from the conceptual point of view, with very hard work of the author. The author shows many diagrams that explain very well the explained structures. The diagram of page 467 is fantastic. Anyway, I would suggest in the Introduction other diagram with the definitions and relations among the different concepts indicated.
