The H-concircular curvature tensor \(U_{hijk}\) in a Kaehlerian manifold has been derived by \textit{I. Hasegawa} [Hokkaido Math. J. 3, 271-278 (1974; Zbl 0292.53025)]. The authors discuss the bi-recurrence properties of this tensor. An n-dimensional Kaehlerian manifold in which \(U_{hijk}\) is bi-recurrent is called a B-\(U_ n\)-manifold. Several properties of this manifold are studied. A theorem on an Einstein B-\(U_ n\)-manifold is obtained.
