The possibility of occurring of a classical mechanism of plastic collapse is investigated for infinite disks with rigid circular inclusion made of an asymptotically perfectly plastic material. If a continuous solution ceases to exist before the limit load carrying capacity is reached - then the corresponding loading parameter, called the decohesive carrying capacity is evaluated. A general criterion of decohesion as depending on material characteristics is formulated and some examples are shown.
