The rigid-plastic constitutive equation and its inverse expression, and elastoplastic constitutive equation and its inverse expression are derived from a class of plastic constitutive equations developed in part I [see the review above (Zbl 0621.73035)]. An expression for half angle of the vertexed cone of loading surface in terms of the length of plastic strain path is derived. Discussions for plane stress-state are presented. Numerical examples to examine the material behavior are provided. The appearance of delay phenomenon in the direction of stress and its quick recovery after the corner, drop in the stress-strain curve at the corner, is established. A comparison of the results from the present theory vis-a- vis \(J_ 2\)-flow theory is also furnished.
