Electro-magnetic wave generation is considered when fast, ultrarelativistic particles propagate through a turbulent magnetized plasma. It is shown that the presence of plasma turbulence causes various features in radiation spectra which can be used in diagnostics purposes for cosmic objects. These additional characteristics are for example a spectral rise at lower frequencies and a particular angular dependence of radiation polarization.
