The microscopic derivation of the nonlinear gauge-invariant equations of a charged superfluid in external fields coupled with the energy-, momentum- and particle-density operators is suggested based on two concepts of N. N. Boglolyubov - quasi averages and a contraction of the description. Galilean invariance is not necessarily assumed.
