The steady flow of a viscous incompressible conducting fluid between two coaxial rotating porous cylinders with the outer cylinder bounded by a permeable bed is considered. The induced magnetic field is neglected and on the porous bed the boundary condition of \textit{G. S. Beavers} and \textit{D. D. Joseph} [J. Fluid. Mech. 30, 197--207 (1967)] is applied. An exact solution of the governing equations is found. The velocity are temperature distribution of the fluid in free region and in porous region are evaluated in dimensionless form. The results are discussed numerically.
