The paper is a correction of a paper by the same authors [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 51, No. 3, 305--310 (1988; Zbl 0661.12009)]. They replace the faulty proof of a proposition by a new one which was indicated to them by Nagata (from the text we cannot guess which Nagata it is, presumably Masayoshi Nagata).
