Studiert wird das Block-SSOR-Verfahren zur Lösung linearer Gleichungssysteme mit p-zyklischer Matrix (p\(\geq 3)\). Ist \(\omega\) der SSOR-Parameter und \(\nu\) der Spektralradius der zugehörigen Iterationsmatrix des Jacobi-Verfahrens, so wird die Menge aller Punkte (\(\omega\),\(\nu)\) angegeben, die zu konvergenten SSOR-Verfahren führen.
