Direct adaptive control and robust analysis for unknown multivariable nonlinear systems with fuzzy logic systems (Q1125354)

For controlling an unknown nonlinear dynamical system, a fuzzy direct control scheme is presented. Using If-Then rules, fuzzy systems are constructed to perform the estimates of the unknown functions. In the ideal case of parametric uncertainties without considering the unmodeled dynamics, a fuzzy adaptive controller is given, and the stability of the corresponding closed-loop system is considered. Having unmodeled dynamics, by a singular perturbation analysis the stability and robustness properties are examined.
