The conjugate point problem and the focal point problem are examined on a characteristic triangle domain. The criteria for the existence of Green's function are established. The Green function for several examples are constructed by using the prescribed method. The method is analyzed to determine the most general type of problem to which it can be extended and is then generalized to problems with a different domain.
