The notion of fuzzy ideal was recently discussed by the authors [cf. ibid. 37, No. 2, 237-243 (1990; Zbl 0709.16001)]. The title theorem uses epimorphisms of rings to state a one-to-one correspondence between fuzzy ideals of considered rings. The application of the ``sup property'' at the end of the paper is superfluous as it was noted by \textit{R. Kumar} [ibid. 44, 165-168 (1991)] in the case of fuzzy groups.
