The author continues his study of quasi-ideals in abstract affine near- rings [Math. Rep. Coll. Gen. Educ., Kyushu Univ. 16, 33-37 (1988; Zbl 0676.16031) and part I, Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 65, 25-26 (1989; Zbl 0693.16021)]. The main results show that the intersection and the product of a minimal right ideal and a minimal left ideal of an abstract affine near-ring is either trivial or a minimal quasi-ideal of the near-ring.
