\(k\)-ary monoids of term operations (Q1184167)

In the \(k\)-ary monoid \(\text{Clone}_ k({\mathfrak A})\) of term operations of an algebra \(\mathfrak A\), monoid equations \(u^ N= u^{N+P}\) can be considered. The bulk of the paper is concerned with determining \(N\) and \(P\) for a number of well-known finite algebras (e.g. primal algebras, semilattices and modules) for the purpose of the discrimination of the varieties generated by these algebras. Hyperidentities are also in the scope of the investigation.
