The author proposes a theory of elementary particles based on the group \(U(3,2)\) replacing the Poincaré group. Particles are vectors in the eight-dimensional homogeneous space \(U(3,2)/U(3,1)\times U(1)\). For group theoretical considerations the author refers to his dissertation (1987). In these two papers a rather unusual way of grouping the particles (including for example the \(H\)-atom together with electron, neutrino, etc.) and also an unusual way of describing their interactions are presented.
