In this paper a new class of pseudodifferential operators is introduced and a composition formula is proposed. The results just mentioned enable the author to prove theorems on the hypoellipticity of infinitely degenerate parabolic operators. When constructing the corresponding parametrix ideas due to Helffer and Matsuzawa are used. In the last {\S} 4 (non)hypoellipticity and non-solvability of a class of double characteristics differential operators with infinitely degenerate coefficients are studied.
