A boundary-layer theory is applied to the post-buckling analysis of imperfect stiffened cylindrical shells subjected to a uniform temperature rise combined with external pressure. The obtained results follow from an earlier author's paper [Int. J. Non-Linear Mech. 32, No. 2, 259-275 (1997; Zbl 0890.73027)]. Interactive buckling loads and post-buckling equilibrium paths are determined by using a singular perturbation technique. Numerical results and examples indicate that the post-buckling characteristics are significantly influenced by stiffness, initial geometrical imperfections, and by a load-proportional parameter.
