In any MV algebra the operation \(\odot\) plays the role of the intersection in a Boolean algebra. In the paper compatibility as well as almost everywhere convergence is investigated for the operation \(\odot\), observables being \(\sigma\)-homomorphisms from the Borel \(\sigma\)-algebra of the real line to the given MV algebra [see \textit{B. Riečan} and \textit{T. Neubrunn}: Integral, measure and ordering (Kluwer, Dordrecht) (1997; Zbl 0916.28001)].
