This paper discusses the determination of singular zeros of a given nonlinear function \(f\) in finite dimensions. Necessary and sufficient conditions are given that the Newton field \(df^{-1}f\) be smoothly extended to the singular points, and the singular zeros thus determined in a way similar to that for regular zeros.
