The Kodaira embedding theorem is extended to Kähler varieties with isolated singularities: Let \(X\) be a compact Kähler variety with isolated singularities admitting a holomorphic line bundle which is positive on the smooth locus of \(X\), then \(X\) is biholomorphic to a projective variety.
