[For part I see Appl. Math., J. Chin. Univ. 7, No. 1, 139-156 (1992; Zbl 0767.65044).] General monotonic enclosure methods are developed for a coupled system of splitting equations which models the system of equations associated with hybrid and asynchronous monotonicity as well as convexity. The resulting algorithms and convergence theorems generalize and unify various known methods and monotonic enclosure theorems established by other authors.
