On the arithmetic properties of the values of generalized binomial polynomials (Q1337898)

The generalized binomial polynomials are defined as follows: for some fixed integer \(H\) \[ \Delta^ \lambda (z+h,H), \qquad h=1,\dots,H, \quad \lambda=1,2,\dots, \tag{1} \] where \(\Delta (z,\ell)= z(z+1)\dots (z+\ell- 1) /\ell!\), \(\ell=1,2,\dots\), and \[ \Delta(z\ell, H)= (\Delta (z,H))^ \lambda \Delta(z,h), \qquad \ell= \lambda H+h, \quad 0\leq h\leq H.\tag{2} \] The author proves new estimates of the moduli and the denominators of the values of the polynomials (1) and (2). These estimates are sharper than the results already known.
