The 1-D Stark effect Hamiltonian on the whole real line is considered: \(Hu=-u''+ Exu + q(x)u\) with \(E\) different from \(0\). The equiconvergence property of the spectral expansion related to \(H\) and the spectral expansion related to the free Hamiltonian \(H_0u=-u''\) are investigated.
