This paper is an extension to the case where there exist some space and time constraints (domains) and the mathematical model of a control object is not adequate to the real motion, but some experimental data and a minimal set of a priori values are available. The analysis is performed for a scalar equation with a scalar control and depends on five given categories associated to the available measurements. The algorithm is detailed for an uncontrolled motion in a deterministic or stochastic context. The above mentioned algorithm is applied to the analytical design of control systems with a quadratic functional and an example is included. It can be useful for those interested in applications of optimal control theory and in the analytical design of a control system based on experimental data.
