For some CR-manifolds for which the tangent quadric is in general position, the author finds prohibitions for the existence of CR-mappings for which the tangent mapping satisfies some nondegeneracy conditions, e.g. it has no (nonzero) kernel. These examples are obtained by means of some local CR-invariants constructed by the author on the base of the Levi form.
