The authors consider the Schwarzian derivative of a holomorphic \(n\times n\) matrix mapping \(W\) of an \(n\times n\) matrix variable \(Z\) along the direction \(Z\) and receive a necessary and sufficient condition of the transformation of this derivative to zero.
