Polar liquid is modeled by system of solid spherical molecules, which have constant point dipole magnets at the center. Liquid is contained inside elongated cylinder. Homogeneous external electric field is applied along axis of cylinder. Hamiltonian of this system is analyzed. Polarization density is expressed as one-particle distribution function. Inter particles correlation is presented by Langeven function.
